Communications Plan for Giving is a Team Sport.

The Nike brand invites all Oregon community members and brand associates in joining our new campaign. We are excited to announce that we as Nike have taken the initiative to help educate, train and secure a bright future for the many children in our community. The event is ongoing and was originated on September 9 2018. We are pleased to announce that we currently have an estimated 16 million children around the globe that we have helped become active. We invite parents, children, NGO’s and all who have a passion to see the next generation thrive. We will be contacting all interested parties through email, and on our various social media platforms. Information of where you can sign up and join the campaign will be shared to you by our media team through phone calls, emails and our social platforms. We are going to be partnering with school leaders in Oregon to increase high school graduation rates and help all students realize their full potential. Together with our partners Nike supports teacher’s training, curriculum materials and leadership development in middle and high schools across Oregon. The objective is to provide the next generation with a bright future and help them realize their full potential. Weekly updates will be posted on our website, community members that have registered their emails will receive notifications and our social media platforms will have pictures and videos of the various activities during this campaign. Nike has set out to give back to its community and we trust that we are going to be able to make a positive lasting impact and in order to achieve this goal Nike has asked all community members to be a part of this amazing journey. Giving is a Team sport.
